1. Each project is custom created for you, so creation time will vary. I make every effort to keep you informed as where your project is, please feel free to email me with any questions at any time.
2. Logo design includes 3 initial concepts with unlimited changes. However, you are not limited by only 3 concepts. I will design based on information you have provided. If you decide in the middle of the project that you want to change the style originally stated in this form an additional fee will be quoted.
3. All unselected concepts remain the property of Candace Wilson of Simple Wish Designs and it is strictly prohibited to use or copy any unselected concepts presented to you.
4. Showing concepts on any website/forum is prohibited. Once you have your final logo you may post your logo on websites and forums
5. Candace Wilson of Simple Wish Designs maintains copyright to every design.
6. For logo design I provide the original vector artwork Illustrator .eps and a color layered .psd file. If you need something specific, file types I’m happy to provide at no charge are: .eps .psd .ai .jpg .gif .png .tiff.
7. Full payment is due upon booking. Maybe paid via PayPal or if you wish to pay over the phone, please email me to schedule a time to call.
8. Due to the custom nature of these designs, absolutely no refunds will be given once the work has begun.
